Invoices are created when checkout completes, subscriptions renew, or you issue manual invoices from the dashboard.
States
Draft invoices can be finalized; open invoices await payment. Paid, void, and uncollectible states reflect collection outcomes.
PDF & QR Bill
When QR Bill is enabled in billing settings, finalized PDFs include a Swiss payment slip (swissqrbill). Customers paying by scan are recorded as bank transfer.
Customer portal & email
Customers with portal access can download invoices. Delivery settings control email notifications.
API note
Invoice objects are returned as part of checkout and subscription flows on v1 today; dashboard tRPC exposes full invoice management. Webhooks: invoice.created, invoice.paid, invoice.voided.
